HIJMS Hyuga, HIJMS Ise
These Japanese battleships were built in the waning days of WWI, and received significant upgrades prior to the beginning of WW2. They were modified in mid 1943 to a BBCV hybrid, in an attempt to make up for the loss of carrier deck space after the loss at Midway Island. Our hull represents the Hyuga in it's pre-modification form, although a drawing will be supplied to those wishing to make the fairly simple conversion to the BBCV.
